Despite Goodwill’s strong mission to amplify the voice of individuals with disabilities and provide independence and access for all, their existing digital presence lacked the structure, accessibility, and integrated functionality needed to effectively support and scale this mission. The absence of a cohesive design system, a user-friendly experience, and modular capabilities limited their ability to engage users, streamline access to information, and provide essential services through a modern, inclusive platform.
