Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine content strategies aligned with client objectives and company-wide goals.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, target audience engagement, and messaging.
- Conduct competitive analyses, audience research, and SEO assessments to guide strategy.
- Prioritize content initiatives based on research and strategic direction.
- Create and maintain content calendars for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital channels.
- Outline publication schedules to ensure timely content delivery.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor activities for relevant content.
- Produce timely and impactful content based on in-depth research.
- Apply SEO best practices (keyword research, meta tags, link-building) to boost visibility.
- Drive organic traffic from U.S. markets through optimized content.
- Update existing content using performance metrics and industry standards.
- Enhance engagement and conversions through continuous optimization.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality copy for various platforms (blogs, newsletters, press releases, landing pages, social media, email).
- Tailor content to U.S. audiences with industry-specific tone and style
- Adapt messaging to match individual client brand voices.
- Oversee content distribution across channels, aligning with campaign goals and calendars.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Derive data-driven insights from performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics with actionable recommendations.
- Optimize content strategy to maximize ROI based on analysis.
- Manage end-to-end content projects, from ideation to post-launch analysis.
- Secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure timely publication.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and development teams for brand consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Communicate content plans, timelines, and results to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining strategic focus.
- Propose innovative ideas, formats, and channels to enhance brand engagement.
- Amplify market reach through creative content delivery methods.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on content-related matters.
- Guide teams on effective storytelling and brand positioning for U.S. audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional writing experience, with a track record in content strategy and digital marketing aimed at U.S. audiences.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, analytics, and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with demonstrable success in producing compelling, results-driven content.

- Monitor digital marketing trends to evolve the content function.
