We are scaling product/project management team at Agency Partner Interactive, so we are looking for a remote Project Manager who can work directly with our customers and translate their visions into well-thought-out kick-off plans.

  • You have experience conducting workshops with clients and the product team to plan future roadmap.
  • Manage communications with product stakeholders
  • You have an understanding of product lifecycle and how to work in an Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid environment.
  • You know how to setup Jira Software and implement other PM tools that might be needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers with the highest standards of quality.

Nice to have

  • You are familiar with UX fundamentals.
  • You have a technical background.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with the team working on a project which may include designers,
    developers, and DevOps and ensure flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders on all channels
  • Tracking and Reporting of the project KPIs, provided by the client
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations and on
    time.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Understanding of quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and
    developing websites.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh BSCS graduates or equivalent Bachelors’ degree from a reputable university
  • Sound programming and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Keen to explore potential and grow in a dynamic environment
